Greg Goody
I began skating following in my family's footsteps.  My brother and two sisters are all National Champions.  We actually began in speed skating and transferred over to Artistic.  My sister was very successful in speed.  However, the rest of us were not.  I started skating when I learned to walk.  By the time I was about two years old I was rolling with ease.

Coaching History
I have been coaching since 1992 with my first National Champion was that year in the level 1A solo dance division..  My wife joined me in 1995 and we have been coaching together ever since.  We have taught numberous students that have been encouraged to achieve their goals at many different levels.  A few of our highlights would be:
Logan Boggs and Julie Locke - World Class team dance 2005/2006 World Silver Medalist
Mo Cooper and Maya Goody -   Junior World Class team dance 2007 World Bronze Medalists

Best Skating Memory:
Hearing my name representing the United States of America at our first World Championships and watching the flag rise as the play our national anthem the first time we won!

Worst Skating Memory:
When Jodee almost fell on the second patern of the Argentine Tango on the twissle at the World Championships - keep in mind the third twissle was perfect:-)

Best coaching memory:
Watching the American Flag roll out in the second position the first time Logan and Julie placed at Worlds.  We didn't know what place they had gotten until the flags rolled onto the floor.

Worst coaching memory:
Watching my daughter Maya fall during her freedance at the World Chapionships last year - ouch!
